Referral Fees
In keeping with the National Trading Standards Agency Team (NTSEAT) this disclosure acts as confirmation of fees, commission payments or other benefits that we may receive from third party service providers for recommending their services to you.
Whilst we offer these services as we believe you may benefit from them; you are under no obligation to use these services. You should consider your options before accepting any third parties’ terms and conditions. Referral fee payments are made separate to any fees that you are obligated to pay.
Auction: We may offer auction services which are operated by Norfolk Auction House or Gouldings Auctions. Should you accept the auction services and a sale of your property completes through the auction, our Marketing Specialist may receive high street vouchers to the value of £50.00 to £100.00 for the instruction.
Conveyancing: We may offer conveyancing services to you through Haywards Solicitors. These services are optional, however, should you use their services, Purbeck & Co will receive a payment which is typically £100 plus vat. Full details of the referral payment will be confirmed within the Client Care Letter sent from Haywards Solicitors.
Financial Services: Where applicable, we may recommend mortgage services to you through Stowmarket Mortgage Centre. Should you decide to use their services, Purbeck & Co may receive payment which is typically £100-£200 plus vat. for the recommendation.
Deposit Replacement Scheme: On Property Lets, we may offer deposit replacement scheme through Blinc. This is an optional product. Should you decide to use them we may receive payment up to 20% of the policy cost for the recommendation.
Mailing List: OnTheMarket.com can if you wish send you marketing emails which are instant property alerts, sending straight to your inbox details of properties that match your search criteria. If you would like these, Purbeck our Marketing Specialist may receive high street vouchers to the value of between £1 and £4 for the recommendation.
